Join us to celebrate the opening night of our brand new exhibition Food in New York: Bigger Than the Plate! Dig into plates of ribs and chicken; sample new ales, lagers and ciders at our Beer Garden; and enjoy an eclectic and soulful mix of Latin music by Grammy-winning artist Cheo Pardo and his band. The Food exhibition will be open late for viewing.

Food and drinks available for purchase from Hudson Smokehouse, a pioneer BBQ spot in the Bronx, and the MCNY Beer Garden.

This is the September edition of our monthly Cocktails & Culture series.

As a producer, Cheo holds another 3 nominations. Over the years he has created a soulful body of work in a wide variety of media: studio recordings, live shows, DJ sets, remixes, compilation albums, mix tapes, podcasts, etc. Cheo is also considered one of the best lead guitar players in Latin America.

About Hudson Smokehouse:
The first BBQ Smokehouse of its kind in The Bronx, Hudson Smokehouse opened its doors at the beginning of March 2020 only to have the pandemic shut its dining room down two week later. That did not stop owner Kenneth McPartlan and his team, who continued on with takeout and delivery orders and have kept the place running ever since then. Hudson Smokehouse is also proud to have brought 300 meals a day to World Central Kitchen during the pandemic for those in need.
