We Are Still Here! Lunaapeew/Lenape Celebration Weekend – Day 1

Members of the Lunaapeew/Lenape community and the Museum of the City of New York invite you to join us for a weekend of activities celebrating the resilience and cultural heritage of the First People of the New York City region. Saturday's activities will include a musical and dance performance by We Are the Seeds, a hands-on workshop with master artist Denise Bright Dove Ashton-Dunkley (Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Tribal Nation) and more (see below!)

Intertribal Social, 5-9pm

Indigenous community members of NYC and beyond, allies, and guests are invited to join an intergenerational Intertribal Social celebrating the Lenape in their traditional homeland, from 5-9pm. RSVP here.

Registration is recommended but not required.  All activities are included with general admission to the museum. Walk-in's welcome.
