Educator Evening: Raise Your Voice & Halumii Ktapihna
Join the Museum of the City of New York for a special evening just for educators! Connect with fellow teachers, discover new opportunities for student engagement, and experience the Museum after hours.
Enjoy complimentary light bites, wine, beer, and soft drinks while mingling with members of the MCNY K-12 Education team and learning more about the Museum's programs and resources for schools. You'll also have the opportunity to explore the newly opened Puffin Foundation Center for New York City Activism, featuring two thought-provoking exhibitions: Raise Your Voice: New York Activism and Halumii Ktapihna: Lenape Legacies and Futures.
As an added bonus, attendees will be entered into a raffle for exciting prizes, including Museum Shop merchandise and a free MCNY field trip for up to 35 students.
Come be inspired by stories of activism, community, and civic engagement while connecting with educators from across New York City. We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of conversation, discovery, and celebration!
