Global City Food Series celebrates New York City’s rich immigrant history through the universal tradition of stuffed foods. The program will begin with Chefs in Conversation, a panel featuring local chefs from New York City. Representing a variety of cultural cuisines, they will explore the stories and traditions behind their signature stuffed dishes.

Following the discussion, guests will enjoy a food tasting and social experience with a live DJ, featuring bites from the restaurants and chefs highlighted in the program. Part conversation and part tasting, this celebration highlights the global makeup of NYC.

Guest speakers include chefs Yara Herrera (Hellbender), Chris Cheung (East Wind Snack Shop), and Tony Park (Angelina Bakery). Enjoy delicious tasting bites from Empanada City, Dumpling Magic, and more— all included with your ticket. Stay tuned for additional speakers and vendor announcements!

This program is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.
