In 1947, Jackie Robinson made history when he joined the Brooklyn Dodgers and became the first African American in Major League Baseball. Our exhibition, In the Dugout with Jackie Robinson, features some 30 images of Robinson and the Dodgers taken for Look magazine. Join us for a series of programs, co-presented with the Jackie Robinson Foundation, that explore Robinson's life, legacy, and impact on activism in sports.
