Women's Committee

The Women’s Committee is a revival of a group of women who were mainstays of the Museum over decades of its life.  Members are treated on a monthly basis to behind-the-scenes tours of Museum collections and exhibitions, and outside events are also crafted to explore other New York places of interest. The Women’s Committee is enriching to its members, broadening their knowledge of our city.  It also, through membership dues, supports the Museum’s exhibitions and school programs.  Moreover, this growing network of women enlarges the Museum’s base of supporters.  The Committee is chaired by Jill Chalsty, Nancy Druckman, and Sylvia Hemingway.
