Sonido Isleño/Carnegie Hall Neighborhood Concert Series


Join us for a special performance by Sonido Isleño or "Island Sound," celebrating the diverse sounds of New York City. The group performs a blend of traditional Puerto Rican, Dominican, and Cuban music, as well as jazz and contemporary rhythm and blues. Presented in collaboration with Carnegie Hall Neighborhood Concert Series, a program of the Weill Music Institute at Carnegie Hall, and funded in part by the New York City Council and Department of Cultural Affairs. Additional support is provided by The Max and Victoria Dreyfus Foundation.
