"August 15th, 16th or 17th, 1957, I was a winning participant in the little league competition at Ebbets Field. Since Jacky was gone I selected Junior Gilliam as my favorite. Best days of my life meeting Pee Wee Reese, Gil Hodges, Duke Snyder, etc. Any chance a photograph of that day may still be available? "

"I was on the Knot Hole Gang show in July, 1953 from Princeton ymca little league. Billy Cox was the player we worked out with. I was picked to come back next day to meet Gil Hodges and I met with most of the Dodgers in the dug-out. I still have the autographed ball. I remember it like it was last week!"
