The Gatehouse
Mar 1, 2005 through Jun 7, 2005

The Gatehouse tells the story of an abandoned pumping station for the Croton Aqueduct system, which will be given renewed purpose as a theater for Aaron Davis Hall, adjacent to City College. Designed by Ohlhausen Dubois Architects, working with Wank Adams Slavin Associates, this project attests to the city’s commitment to both historic preservation and bold contemporary design.

The Gatehouse is made possible through the support of the New York City Department of Design and Construction and Harold Shames.
