NYC Tots: Fall Class Series

Register for six sessions that focus on exploration and discovery of fall in New York through song, play, and hands-on activities. Learn to look closely and imaginatively with guided gallery visits to the Museum’s many exhibitions, including New York at Its Core. Participants will learn about our city and create special art projects inspired by New York in autumn.

Thursdays, October 3, 10, 17, 24, and November 7 and 21 from 10:00am–12:00pm

Each session has a New York theme with a related gallery exploration and art-making activity. Some past themes were: People in the City, Nature in the City, and Senses in the City. Each session includes the following schedule:

• Play with Toys, Blocks, and Puzzles
• Circle Time with Song
• Gallery Exploration
• Hands-on Art-Making Activity
   

Toddler programs are geared towards families with children ages 2–4 years old and include all materials and a snack. Activities are designed for adults and children to complete together.

The fall series costs $180 for one child and one adult. An additional charge of $80 applies for a second participating child between 1 year and 4 years old. Maximum of 2 children per adult. Members receive a 10% discount. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Missed classes are nonrefundable.
