Gilded New York: Gallery Tours
January 24-January 26, 2014

The Gilded Age was a time of unprecedented wealth when New York City’s well-to-do poured money into beautiful costumes and jewelry to show off their status at extravagant balls and dinners. Join one of the exhibition curators for a tour exploring the visual culture of New York’s high society and its far-reaching influence on American art and design. All tours depart from the Information Desk in the First Floor lobby.

Free with Museum admission, but registration is required.

Participants may register for tours on site the day of, space permitting; sign-up sheets are located at the Information Desk in the First Floor Lobby.
